The Garth Ministry Area News – June 2023

Welcome to the Deanery Hub!

During May, Diocesan staff teams have been quietly setting up their new base, upstairs at the New School Rooms in Radyr. This is an exciting development for the new Cardiff Deanery, The Garth Ministry Area and Christ Church. We look forward to sharing our life together and participating in the mission and ministry of the Diocese of Llandaff.

The Digital Communications Team invite all groups across the Garth Ministry Area to a night of publicity awareness training. Hear all about the Garth MA’s new online presence with website and Social Media. Find out how your group can benefit from our joined up communication and pick up some publicity tips to help “sell” the great work we are doing to the world beyond the walls of the church.

Whilst all group leaders are invited, we are specifically looking for at least one named representative of each church group to attend any of the 3 dates being offered.

Come to the New School Rooms, Radyr for 19.30 on Monday 3, Wednesday 6 or Thursday 13 July for an interactive session to discover how to make the most of these tools to promote your group.

Sign up by emailing your name, your group(s) and your preferred attendance date to web-team@garthma.wales by Thursday 22 June.
